Research on Criminal Protection of Copyright under Network Environment

Under network environment,the prevalence of digital works of authorship and their easy replication on the Internet can make even large-scale distribution of unauthorized copies difficult to tie back to an identifiable infringer.Only civil and administrative remedies are not enough go resolve more and more infringements.It is necessary to update criminal law and take greater steps to enforce punishments.By regulating criminal law,Most of countries have to great extent corresponded to the changes in the field of copyright against the digital environment.So it is imperative to extend the scope of copyright works,widen the types of copyright infringing acts and reinforce the copyright protection.
