Research on the Customer Service System of Operating Fitness Clubs in China

This paper,through the methods of literature,investigation survey and interview,analyzes the conceptions of operating fitness club and customer service system.And then it researches the system's current situation,problems of existence as well as the reasons.In order to enhance the degree of satisfaction and improve the comprehensive,continuable and harmonious development of operating fitness clubs in China,this article puts forward the specific measures for that.
