With the popularization of the Windows operation system as many applications support platform, it is very important and practical in the designing program and running program stage as to the Windows operation system and the applicants's understratum immediately monitored. Only the understratum running station of the Windows operation system and applicants are accurately understood and grasped, they can help us designing best level applicants. As an obturating system, the Windows operation system adopts some distinct solution plan,so it's very difficult to the understratum running status of the applicants and immediate understanding the operation system running condition.This article tries to study through the inner contact of Windows threading, window, Windows news and hook procedures, gives monitoring procedure's programming theory and concrete programming method to implement monitor on the spot for the applicants and system.
