Talking about the Methods for Improving the Editing and Proof-reading Quality Based on EPIS Database

In the light of the scattered items that are easily ignored in the editing process of sci-tech periodicals and lead to errors,this paper establishes the EPIS(edit periphery information standard)database,which eliminates basically the errors in periphery information and improves the editing quality.
