Hydrologic dynamic database design of MIS about Tarim river

This paper, according to the modern management theory,and with the aid of the technology of the computer, has proposed setting up the management information system of dynamic database of hydrology of Tarim river basin. Then management information system and decision support system should be established for dynamic management of water resources of the river.
