Design and research of commonality of simulation system for operation order in substations

A new computer simulation system for filling in operation order is presented based on the features of substation. In this system design, safety, visualization, supporting multi-task and training function are all met; besides, construction and operation rule editing functions are firstly made so as to promote efficiently the commonality of the system.
