Outcome Evaluation on Trainers' Training on Childhood Immunization Information Management System

Objective To evaluate the outcome of two round trainers' training of Childhood Immunization Information System.Methods An assessment questionnaire on practical skills on Childhood Immunization Information System has been used in the field of training and meanwhile another assessment form has been used to assess the degree of satisfaction of the potential trainers participating in the training.Results The average score for the trainers' practical skills is 93.49,129 of the total trainers got ≥85,accounting for 93.48% of all.The skill for handling National Information Management Platform and that for Users' File Record archives higher scores,while that for client software configuration utility about birth hospital and for correcting and deleting client server software scored lower than 85 respectively.90% of the potential trainers commented that the training achieved good effect,12.59% and 17.78% of all selectedhard to sayto item onthe future actionand to able to deliver further trainingrespectively.Conclusions Applied the simultaneous the actual practical environment training method has achieved good effect in trainer's training for Childhood Immunization Information System,and the potential trainers' practical skills have been improved through training.However,some weaknesses existing in the training need to be overcome in the future.
