On the Legislation of Human Beings Gene Resources Abroad and its Policy

With the development of gene resources,it has become focus of more and more people.The United States and some other developed and developing countries are legislating for the rights of human beings gene and use of the resources and carrying out some policies.We should learn from them positively and speed up the legislation for it.
