The fault diagnosis of complex system was an important content of the complex system design.The fault diagnosis model of complex system based on fuzzy neural was constructed.With an example of water resources recycling system in industrial fields,the system structure of fuzzy neural network model was discussed.And the computer simulation is carried out.The result showed the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.
