Taken next generation network and softswitch technology as background, the whole framework ofblue lightIntelligent telephone platform based on softswitch technologyis described. The protocols of the communications between service logic con- troller and AAA server is researched according to the requirement of the digitalaccessplatform in the system, and the protocol pars- ing functions is implemented under Windows 2000 and visual C++ 6.0, adopting winsock programming technology.
