Aiming at the possible hidden troubles of the radwaste depository,the paper designes a safety surveillance system based on a industry control computer.This soft and hardware system includes fire exploration,radiation detection,video monitoring and wireless IC management.The paper brings out the system components,and describes the work theory,soft and hardware frame.
