Parallel and integrated simulation of human-task interaction

The issue about human-task interaction of manger and his tasks is sourced from interactive impacts between manger's self-efficacy and tasks.Based on a discussion on the parallel and integration of Visual Basic.net and Arena through message communications,the improved QSIM based qualitative simulation model and the event-driven discrete event simulation model are built respectively for simulation of manager's behavior and task processing flow.The approach of parallel and integrated simulation of human-task interaction is proposed and developed into a prototype of PSMS-SMMPT parallel and integrated simulation system.An example verified that the approach and system can be used for analysis of the dynamics of human-task interaction in complex management system.
