Fractional Low-order Covariance Spectrum Estimation of the Signal Under the α-stable Distribution Noise

To solve the problem that the-spectrum estimation performance based on covariation under the-stable noise environmentbecomes obviously worse when the distribution parameter is small,a method of fractional low-order covariance(FLOC) spectrum estimation was proposed.By estimating the sinusoidal signal under the α-stable noise environment,the results show that the proposed method has preferable performance of spectrum estimation for different α.
