The Communication System between School and Home Based on GSM/SMS Technology

This paper presents an applied scheme for communication between school and parents of students by using the SMS. The most important technology is the question about how to send and get SMS through GSM model. Thus AT commands are utilized to send short messages in the PDU mode. This paper also introduces the control method and the encoding schemes of short message and how to design subprogram.
