PETFM:flash management scheme based on predicted data expiry-time

The influence of the capacity utilization(percentage of fullness) of the flash memory on allocating and recycling was studied,and a new flash management scheme based on predicted data expiry-time was proposed,namely PETFM(flash management scheme based on predicted data expiry-time).The analytical and experimental results show that PETFM is more efficient and effective under high capacity utilization.
