Wang Xuan · Telecommunications for Electric Power System · 2009
In order to improve the management of communication equipments and promote the implementation of Three Analysis Systems,a communication management system is constructed. The system is composed with four modules,i.e.equipment management module, professional management module, resource management module and integrated monitoring module.Equipment management and professional management function are realized in the existing operation management system(OMS),while resource management and integrated monitoring function are realized in communication resource management system.Through the interconnection of communication resource management system and OMS,the communication resources management and information sharing can be realized, which helps to promote the implementation of the Three Analysis System.
