Overview on research and development of anycast problem

Traditionally,there are three communication models in the Internet:unicast,multicast and broadcast.With the development of next-generation Internet——IPv6,anycast has been intensively studied.This paper makes a survey of the recent works about anycast in IPv6,MANET network,delay-tolerant network and selfish network.At the end of this paper,we point some research directions and open problems in the area are discussed.
