Integer Ambiguity Solution for Satellite-Borne Three Frequency GNSS Receiver

Wang Shun-lian · Command Control & Simulation · 2013

TCAR is commonly used for three frequency ambiguity fast resolution.Although the principle is simple and easy to calculate,it is found that the estimation of the algorithm has low reliability, and need to verify the correctness.Consider satellite-borne GNSS receiver can't verify the correctness when the number of visible satellites is less than 3.An modified algorithm for TCAR combined with recursive weighted least-square method is proposed to improve the reliability.Taken the visual of the GNSS satellites into account, the modified TCAR weighted algorithm can add an ambiguity search link. The new algorithm can further reduce the solver epochs and improve the efficient of the solver. Finally,by comparing the simulation show that: when the number of visible satellites is less than 3,only the modified TCAR weighted algorithm can used to calculate the ambiguity;when the number of visible satellites is not less than 3,the modified TCAR combined with the ambiguity search link can get the better answers of the ambiguity calculations.
