Study on the E-service Quality of University Libraries based on AHP

A concept of E-service quality has been brought into library area to refer to the effect of library service through internet.Actuality of university library e-service and its evaluation has been described,and a new evaluation system for measuring e-service quality of present university library has been established,which has then been proved by demonstration.
