A fair exchange protocol is the most basic tool for constructing an E-Commerce system.BLS short signature is one of the cryptographic primitives most widely used in pairing-based cryptography.An optimistic fair exchange protocol based on BLS signatures is proposed.The security and efficiency of the new scheme are analyzed.
