In this paper, the distributed lawfulness intercepts system of VoIP Network is studied.This system is based on the SIP protocol in the design of VoIP networks. SIP protocol was first introduced, and then introduced the SIP VoIP network architecture. Detailed analysis of the support functions of the SIP LI distributed network structure, the interception of networks and network LEA TSP network in two parts to do the design. Focus on the CCIAP CIIIAP and the design and implementation methods.
