This paper presented a method of construction of multi-dimensional data model based on relation databases and XML technology. It discussed the system structure of data warehouse, construction of logical multi-dimensional data model based on object-oriented technology, storage of multi-dimensional data model's metadata by XML document. If there are Extract and Transformation?Summary tools ,we can constrct a data warehouse system. So we can analyse data through OLAP and Data-mining.
