Performance Comparison of Routing Protocols for Wireless Mesh Network

As a new type of wireless network,Wireless Mesh Network(WMN) which inherits features of Ad hoc Network as well as WLAN is becoming a research focus in recent years.Nowadays,the study of routing protocols in WMN is still in the primary stage.In this paper,a detail analysis of two typical routing protocols,AODV and CGSR,are presented based on WMN.In addition,disparity in the performance of these two routing protocols is illustrated after comparison between them by stimulation,which presents reference for improved routing protocols under circumstances of WMN in future.
