By analyzing features of current mobile network, the different customer are provided different services, The paper introduces a Mobile communication designed framework and corresponsive technologies. It be provided with WAP query service, SMS service, gate station service,securities query service,billing query servise,mail service etc. Furthermore, the project is scalable and applicable to large-scale Mobile network.
