On-line Automatic Counter of Diamond Wire Saw

Diamond wire saw will be used in the production of solar panels in most country, but no stangard can judge its quality. This paper presents an on-line automatic counter, number of particles can be real-time counted. Considering the motion blur, the Lucy-Richardson algorithm is used to deblur.Experiments show that, this equipment can accurately count the number of diamond wire saw.
