Research on the Innovation Mode of Real Estate Enterprise Informatization

The paper started from the current situation and problems of real estate enterprise in our country.It is combined effectively with system theory,control theory,information theory,management by objectives,knowledge administration,agile administration,project administration,BPR and so on.It creatively puts forward the new im- plementation model of real estate enterprise informatization basing on software management application model.It can effectively meet the demands of real estate enterprise on management standardization,effective inheritance of management experience,information share,and it can improve the use of informatization achievements,reduce the cost and quicken the informatization process.
