Histology is a key course to medical morphology.The students comprehend and verify the theory knowledge by observing normal tissue teaching sections in the experimental course.The quality of teaching sections has a direct impact on the quality of the experimental course.This paper introduced the technique and method of improving the quality of teaching paraffin section on the basis of the author's work experience in the lab.
