Various classes of Green relations play an important role in semigroup.Qallali E and Fountain J deal with abundent semi-group and give the maximum congruence of Greeen relations.This paper expands the abundent semigroup to quasiabundent semigroup and presents the maximum congruence of its #-Greeen relations
