Statistical research of technical analysis based on Black-Scholes model

In order to build the theoretical basis of technical analysis,the author does some researches based on Black-Scholes model,including constructing technical indicators processes,proving their stationary properties where independent increment hypothesis of the logarithm of stock price is particularly used.As a result,the scientific basis of the effective technical analysis is found in this paper.
