The Majorizing Management of the Aircraft Maintenance

In order to accomplish maintenance task in time and guarantee the drill and operational plan,the scientific management and rational allocation of the manpower resources is very important for aircraft maintenance work.Proceeded from the equipment intact ratio and timeliness to accomplish task we built the mathematical majorized allocation models.We gave the construction methods of beneficial matrix or cost matrix in two different conditions and then transformemed the majorzed models into optimal linear assignment problem to solve.Thus we provided a scientific and reasonable decision method for the majorized allocation of manpower resources of the aircraft maintenance work.
