Study on Vendor-managed Inventory under E-commerce Environment

In this paper,startingfrom the basic notion of vendor-managed inventory and e—commerce,we focused on the practical application of VMI in e-commerce and pointed out the existing problems.Then in connection with the development status of mobile e-commerce,we proposed several suggestions forthe implementation of the VMI strategy.
