Application of FPGA technology to digital programmable control exchange

QU Xiao-xu · Journal of Naval University of Engineering · 2004

In allusion to the traditional method used to design programmable control exchanger by building blocks, a new design method of using field programmable gate array (FPGA) is given. The numerical programmable exchange models are designed by FPGA and VHDL. The simulation result indicates that the hardware architecture of models is simple and the performance is excellent, and the function can be easily updated.
