Preparation of passivation lime with low specific surface energy for steel making

By comparison of experiments, YH102 is decided as the excellent surface modifying agent of quicklime, and prepare the high hydrophobic capability quicklime with good fluidity, solving the domestic problem of quicklime easily moisture absorption, low fluidity and difficulty for transportation and storage. Experiments adopt machinery way to make membrane, taking YH102 evenly to wrap the surface of quicklime. Then the wrapped quicklime is isolated from water and carbon dioxide of atmosphere, so it reaches the goal of waterproof. The studies result shows:when YH102 putted into amount is 0.6%, waterproof result is the best; and the wrapped quicklime make mass increasing by 0.92% averagely within 24 h at 60℃.
