The Study of Campus Network Culture Construction from Both Interior and Exterior Views

With the rapid development of network techniques, network culture is playing a more and more important role in people's work, study and life. As significant cultural institutions, colleges and universities should shoulder the inheritance and innovation's task of advanced culture, bring forth new ideas to culture at all times and in all over the world, and build rich content, positive, healthy and vigorous campus network culture to promote the development of harmonious campus. This paper mainly analyzes campus network culture from interior and exterior views and its effects on college students. At the same time, it offers some measures to solve the problems existing in the process of constructing campus network culture so as to promote the healthy development of campus network culture.
