On Course Design of Administrative Documents

Administrative documents are required to meet the needs of administration activities.With the administrative documents practice and the constant development of the situation,some striking problems on the documents,such as outmoded,functional interleaving are emerging and should be solved properly and timely.The paper focuses on the development of administrative documents from the perspective of document writing resources construction.
