A dependent-chance multiple objective programming model and dependent-chance objective programming model are made for stochastic resource distribution to meet user's need for scarce stochastic resource to most degree.The author expressed the inductive constraint for every or every level objective,and founded the relations between stochastic vector and chance function,then solved the model with stochastic simulation genetic algorithms
