A General Discussion on Software Project Management Methods

This article introduces the key issues in relation to promotion of software quality, and analyzes project management and the existing problems. In order to solve the problem of the disconnection between project management and the customer, this paper puts forward an idea that customers' full satisfaction should be the ultimate objective of software project management. Furthermore, this article outlines the framework of the customer-driven project management.
