Modified TOPSIS Decision Making Method for Information System Selection

A combination of entropy weight with TOPSIS method(the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) for selection of the appropriate information system is proposed.The objective weights and the preference order of various criteria were provided by information entropy and modified TOPSIS respectively.The method can easily implemented in a computer based system and avoide the subjectivity and the nondeterminacy in expert's judgments.
