This paper uses BP neutral network into risk analysis,analyzing a police sign target and the real estate market police intelligence change intrinsic relations through BP neural networks,analyzing Shenzhen investment in real estates situation to forecast that emphatically the real estate trend of development,and to promote our country real estate market health development well.
