Double Buffer Management Mechanism of Memory for OODBMS

Existing problems in single buffer management mechanism of traditional DBMS are carried through analysis. Double buffer management mechanism which is fit for OODBMS is put forward. Buffer of memory is divided into two parts. One is page buffer the other is object buffer. The validity of management for objects in buffer is realized. Thereby,call and operation of that become simple. Arithmetic of scheduling management for page buffer is presented;Management of object buffer is adopted the COD(Cached Object Descriptor)and COT(Cached Object Table)to manage;Particular analysis for being used and taken back of COD and COT is processed;The validity of the mechanism is proved by applied it to a practical system.
