The Spatial Structure of Drugs Application of Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship
Yang Lin · Guangzhou Chemistry · 2012
Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship(QSAR) is now a active field of drug research and development. The widely used methods of QSAR are briefly introduced, including Hansch,Comparative molecular field analysis(CoMFA) and so on.The applications of QSAR in drug design, especially in cancer and AIDS are summarized. Its outcome and significance of drug development. This has opened up new areas for drug research.Building a cancer drug ideal QSAR model provides theoretical guidance of designing a higher anti-cancer compounds.QSAR have a good prospect in structural design of new drug research.
