Cities’ and towns’ community health service is the most important part in the construction and development of cities.The article deals with the means to realize the scientization, standardization and automation in cities’ and towns’ community health service by using the technique of computer, analyzes the system of cities’ and towns’ community health service completely, talks about the development and design process of a system of the application of a database, which include the analysis of the demand of the system, the design of the database and the technique to realize the system.
