Influence of Fleet Order on Data Association in Passive Location

In shipborne passive location system,data association is usually based on the azimuth.The azimuth measured will be different when ships are in different position.This paper analyzes the influence of fleet order on data association result in passive location system,and summarizes the principle that fleet order should follows when it changes in passive location.
