An Intelligent Decision Support System for Urban Gas Transfers and Distribution Engineering has been developed, which is based on the intranet and communication technology. It is an important method to make decisions for urban gas transfers and distribution, and to improve the management level of urban gas transfers and distribution techniques. System building, model building, decision preferences and the algorithms for this system are described, and a general framework of this system is put forward.5HZ]
