Teaching Quality Evaluation Model Based on Main Components—LS-SVM

A teaching quality evaluation model based on the Principal Component and LS-SVM is presented.The factors are evaluated and pre-treated by adopting the Principal Component Analysis,and a LS-SVM model is comstructed.A study is also conducted to simulate and forecast the teaching quality by using the LS-SVM model in Matlab.The findings indicate that the teaching quality evaluation model based on the Principal Component and LS-SVM is more accurate and has wider application than the LS-SVM model does.
