Some anzahl formulas in finite orthogonal spaces of odd characteristic and its applications

Let Fq(n) be the n-dimensional orthogonal space over the finite field Fq and P be a fixed m-dimensional totally isotropic subspace of Fq(n).The number of r-dimensional totlally isotropic subspaces Q such that dim(P∩Q)= i is computed.Furthermore,some authentication codes are constructed using the subspaces ofF q(n).
