An Analysis and Checking on Anti-floating Capability of Buried Storage Tank

In this article is given the anti-floating checking computation on the floating force and gravitation of underground tank and covering earth. The anti-floating conditions of tanks in several cases are discussed by analyzing the main factors.Based on the result of anti-floating analysis in detail, a new correct method is proposed while the former method's incompleteness is pointed. And also the new method for anti-floating checking calculation is shown by the example in which the anti-floating measurement are provided by calculating the size of the anti-floating substructure or the burying depth of the settled underground tank。
