According to the application service actual demand for the marine environment,we studied the space-time analysis models and related evaluation model and applied them to the monitoring system for the time and space analysis of data analysis and evaluation techniques,Using the GIS technology as a system,a GIS-based data analysis and evaluation system of marine monitoring applications has constructed to achieve automatic monitoring data analysis and evaluation functions.
