On Information Systems of Load and Empty Matching Based on SMS

Three development stages of the load and empty matching information system in China are summarized:i.e.independent managing stage,local information sharing stage and network stage.The principle of cell phone short message is described,and the necessity and feasibility to replace the current man-intermediary and internet information system with JIT information system are concluded.The working process of internal and external process are both analized.The components of information system and data form including vehicle information,load informatiion and vehicle registering information are designed.Some other parameters like beginning(ending)place,carrying capacity(weight)and valid time are discussed as well as the managing ways to user data.
