Internet can provide abundant information to college students.Meanwhile it can cause college students to release self-control and idea.The internet culture based on the internet technology also impact the modern education,which make people concern network-ecology ethics philosophy.The administration of higher education should take students-oriented as the logical jumping-off and value orientation in education,take moral esthetic as education methodology so as to construct harmonious network-ecology ethics culture.
